Where possible, we will let you know before carrying out any work that falls outside the original quote.
Bookings and access
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and work area at the agreed time. If access is not available or a booking needs to be rescheduled, please let us know as early as possible.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice or as discussed at the time of booking.
Workmanship and guarantees
We take pride in our workmanship and aim to complete every job to a high standard. Where a specific guarantee is offered for a service, the terms of that guarantee will be provided separately or noted on your invoice.
These guarantees cover defects in our workmanship and do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, pre-existing conditions, or events outside our control.
